TradePulse AI is developed by PrahantLabs. By installing and using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using and uninstall the application.

1. Educational & Analytical Purpose Only (Important Disclaimer)

TradePulse AI is strictly an educational technical analysis tool and trading journal. It is NOT a registered financial advisor, broker, or SEBI/SEC-registered investment advisory service.

• All candlestick pattern identifications, algorithmic signals (such as “BUY”, “SELL”, or “ACCUMULATE”), target levels, and risk-to-reward calculations are generated mathematically and via artificial intelligence for study and educational simulation purposes only.
• Financial trading (equities, derivatives, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrency) carries substantial risk of monetary loss. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.
• Past performance or simulated win rates displayed in the handbook do not guarantee future market results.
• You are solely responsible for any independent investment or trading decisions you make. PrahantLabs and TradePulse AI disclaim all liability for financial losses incurred.

2. Using The App

• You may use TradePulse AI for personal, non-commercial education and self-directed market research.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms or proprietary prompts from the application.
• The app operates without user accounts. Free tier users receive daily AI scan allocations.

3. Real-Time Market Data and Third-Party Services

• Live charts are embedded using the TradingView widget. All quotes and candlestick streams are provided by third-party exchanges and data vendors subject to their respective terms of service.
• PrahantLabs makes no guarantee regarding the uninterrupted availability, precision, or latency of external market data feeds.

4. Subscriptions and Coming Soon Features

• Any premium features or subscription tiers marked as “Coming Soon” or on a waitlist basis are not currently billed. Future paid in-app purchases, if introduced, will be processed securely via Google Play Billing in compliance with Google Play Store policies.

5. Advertisements

• The application may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob to support free features. Interactions with advertised third-party products or services are governed by the respective advertiser’s terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PrahantLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or reliance upon technical chart patterns detected by the software.
