Using The App

AI Phone Cleaner is free to use. There is no account. The app is supported by ads.

Deleting Files — Read This Part

AI Phone Cleaner helps you find files that are usually safe to remove. You choose what is deleted, and deletion is permanent.

• Nothing is removed unless you select it and confirm.
• The app has no recycle bin and cannot restore a deleted file. Neither can we.
• Where Android requires its own confirmation, that dialog is the final step; declining it leaves your files untouched.
• Keep a backup of anything you would be sorry to lose. This is ordinary advice for any tool that deletes files, and we mean it.

The app marks byte-for-byte identical copies as safe, and always keeps one copy of each. Every other suggestion — near-identical photos, screenshots, large videos, downloads — is a suggestion. Look before you confirm.

What The App Cannot Do

We would rather say this plainly than let the store description imply otherwise:

• It cannot clear other apps’ caches. Android has not permitted that since Android 6. The app measures cache per app and can open each app’s own settings page, where you clear it yourself. It clears only its own cache directly.
• It is not an antivirus. The Security screen checks where apps were installed from, which sensitive permissions they hold, whether any are debug builds, and whether your screen is locked. It does not detect malware and makes no claim to.
• It does not report a battery health percentage. Android does not tell apps how much capacity a battery has lost, so no app can calculate that honestly. We show the health state, temperature, voltage and charge cycles the system does report.
• It cannot uninstall apps by itself. It selects them; Android asks you to confirm each one.

Results

How much space you can free depends on what is on your phone. We make no promise about any particular amount, and figures shown after a clean-up reflect only files the app confirmed were removed.

Ads

The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. We do not control which ads appear and are not responsible for their content or for anything you buy through them.

Premium Features

Some features are labelled Coming soon. They are not available, nothing is being sold, and no payment is taken. If paid features are introduced later, their price and terms will be shown before any purchase.

What You May Not Do

• decompile, modify or redistribute the app
• use it to delete files on a device you do not own or have permission to manage
• present the app, or its output, as your own product

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrahantLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Files you choose to delete are deleted by your instruction, and recovering them is not possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which for the free version is nil.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may also have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
