By using AI Baby Generator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What this app is

A toy. It takes two photographs and produces an invented picture of a child who does not exist.

It is for entertainment only. It is not a genetic test, not a prediction, and not evidence of anything. It cannot tell you what a child would look like, because nothing can. Two people who use it twice will get two different pictures, and neither is more correct than the other.

What you may do

Use the app on any device you own, free of charge. This is a licence to use it, not a transfer of ownership.

The pictures you generate are yours to keep, save and share.

What you may not do

• Upload a photograph of anyone who has not agreed to it. You must have the permission of both people in the two photos you choose.
• Upload a photograph of a child. The app refuses these, and attempting to work around that refusal is a breach of these terms.
• Present a generated picture as a real photograph of a real child, or as a prediction, a medical opinion, or proof of parentage.
• Use a photograph of a public figure, or anyone else, to imply something about them that is not true.
• Sell, rent or sublicense the app, or decompile it except where the law expressly permits.
• Use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to create anything sexual, hateful or otherwise abusive.

Photographs are checked before anything is generated, and requests that fail that check are refused.

Free use, and its limits

The app is free and there is nothing to buy. A set number of creations is available each day, and the count resets after that day.

Those limits exist because each creation costs money to produce, and they may change. There is no entitlement to any particular number.

Your photographs

The app claims no ownership of the photographs you choose. What happens to them is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to use every photograph you upload, and for what you do with what comes back.

Generated pictures

Pictures are produced by a machine-learning model.

They are invented. Any resemblance to a real child is coincidence, and no claim is made that a generated picture resembles any actual person, living or otherwise.

Keep your own copy

Generated pictures are kept inside the app and are deleted when the app is uninstalled, and when you use Delete my data. Save anything you want to keep to your gallery.

No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is not guaranteed to produce a good picture, a flattering one, or one you like. The service it depends on may be unavailable, and generation may fail.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PrahantLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost or deleted pictures, nor for any distress arising from a generated image, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
